My name is Andrea Van Voorst and I am a private, in-home Certified Personal Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with emphases in postural and muscle imbalance correction, youth exercise (YES) and general healthy lifestyle training. I have a personal history that centers mostly around running (short to long distances) and weight training.

I aim to equip clients, whether in a group or individual context, with the capability of working out at home or in a private setting, incorporating minimal weights/equipment and maximizing on your own bodyweight. It is my hope that we can make any location our "gym".

I give tips on how to incorporate countless tools in successful functional movement throughout your daily tasks from bending to sitting to proper form while standing.

I am currently studying and practicing yoga and offering private lessons with individuals or groups of 2-5.
