I Offer Different Types of Sessions & Training

Private or Partner Sessions
 

I work with you according to your needs and goals. I can work with individuals or partners in a private setting; your home or mine. If you curently have a membership at a gym, let's talk about our options. Prices per session will vary according to number of clients and sessions purchased ahead of time. Typically one one-hour session with an individual is $40 for adults and $27 for youth, but prices decrease from there. Let's talk about the many exceptions!

  • 1 one-hr session = $40

  • 4 one-hr sessions = $130

  • 8 one-hr sessions = $240

  • 12 one-hr sessions = $324

Groups
 

In a group context, I primarily practice yoga. If a group of your friends and/or family would like to workout together but prefer a different style of group exercise, I can formulate a plan to accomodate. For instance, I set up workouts beginning with a focus on balance and core and finishing off with circuits and HIIT -- High Intensity Interval Training.

Yoga
 

Sioux Center Public Library classes:

  • Wednesday evenings 5:30 PM, $6 drop-in and $55 for a 10-punch punchcard

  • Friday mornings 9:05 AM, same prices as above

Orange City Public Library class: (FREE classes during June and 1st 1/2 of July)

  • Monday at noon & 5:30 PM, $6 drop-in and $55 for a 10-punch punchcard

  • Thursday evenings 5:30 PM, same prices as above

Summer Saturdays: 8:00 AM at Open Space Park in Sioux Center, same prices as above

Youth - Ages 10-19
 

Generally I help youth meet their fitness goals just like an adult with several age-appropriate and body-type-appropriate plans. For basic fitness I implement balance, core and circuit and HIIT workouts as described in Groups above. Here there are many exceptions to session prices starting at $27 per session if with an individual. Group prices vary per number of clients.
